Black Ice 3.5 Stars Synopsis: Chloe Thicket is an underpaid translator dynamic in Paris who wishes for a little excitement in her life. When she is offered the advantage of a life span to translate a firm meeting, Chloe soon realizes that one should be careful of what they wish for as the working women turn out to be deadly arms traders, and she is forced to go on the carry with a dangerous yet seductive intruder who may or may not kill her when one will. Revise: A good ground that has a James Stickum perceive to it. The characters are interesting but the doing is poor. Although Sebastian is a ruthless and sadistic antihero, you cannot close yourself from falling in like with him in the likewise that Chloe does. Chloe is exceedingly inexperience, which may turn some reciters off but for me her naiveté strikes just the right cord. Nevertheless, it is not clear why he falls in like with her and their relationship is far-fetched. Fine, they have great draw, but is that really true like? The rough out is good but is implausible and unrealistic through times. What self-respecting arms dealer would allow a complete intruder in on a deal? The long and short of it also focuses on some dark and sinister numbers such as torture and so-called nice brothers crossing the employment because the “ends justify the means”. The main obstacle with this book is the prose, which is choppy and has sudden transitions that make it difficult to follow the consecutiveness of games. Moreover, the ending is very abrupt and the reader is left with an unhappy passion. As this is the first book in a consecution, perhaps we will learn more about Chloe and Sebastian’s relationship in the next installment. Despite the improbable rough out facets and the prose numbers, I've heard such great things about the reside of the consecution and have decided to give it a chance. So I will be reading the next book.

I picked this copy up at Half Price Albums for $1. I like Heather Graham albums because she includes a little psychic in her plots. This separate was actually a little scary which I like!
